Position Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President, Finance (FP&A) is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role leverages data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and delivers timely financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior leadership. It includes board-facing responsibilities and requires strong collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties
- Financial Analysis & Strategy: Conduct hands-on analysis, modeling, and KPI development to drive strategic decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting processes aligned with long-term objectives.
- Reporting & Executive Communication: Prepare financial reports, models, and visualizations for leadership and the Board.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA, CPA, or professional accounting qualification is preferred. The candidate must have 10+ years of FP&A experience, be proficient with BI tools, ideally have experience with private equity-backed companies, and possess excellent Excel and communication skills.

Physical Demands
