Intern - Personal Lines Automation

Summer Internship Overview

This 10-week summer program (June – mid August) features:

Role Responsibilities

As an Intern in Personal Lines Automation, you will:

  • Interpret process and data flow diagrams
  • Support design and development of existing automations
  • Develop automations for lower to medium complexity projects
  • Interact with business customers to provide data and support
  • Generate automation reporting and perform trend analysis based on KPIs
  • Create and present a final report to management

Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred)
  • Commitment to a full-time 10-week internship program
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Pursuing a Computer Science or Technical degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and solid SQL skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and software automation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for technical presentations
