About the Role

The Greenridge Group is seeking a Maintenance & Operations Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating all facets of assigned construction projects—from pre-construction and bidding through completion and closeout. The focus is on ensuring that Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) facilities projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all construction project phases.
  • Review pre-construction documents and provide feedback to the design team.
  • Prepare regular project reports and updates for upper management.
  • Coordinate with public agencies and internal District departments for compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and contractor activities.
  • Negotiate contractor change orders and monitor payments.
  • Administer Professional Service Agreements and coordinate installations.
  • Ensure successful project closeout including DSA certification and financial reconciliation.

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project or construction management with projects valued at $2 million or more, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Knowledge of LEED or CHPS certified projects.
  • Familiarity with the DSA design and certification process.
