The Opportunity: Retail Administration Manager
We are seeking a Retail Administration Manager to join our centralised team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial for managing administrative functions across a portfolio of retail assets throughout Australia. You will be responsible for the timely processing of the monthly rent roll and proactive debt collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter Salesforce data administration requests to ensure accurate tenant billings for various scenarios (e.g., administration/liquidation, lease assignments, charge variations, miscellaneous invoices/credits).
- Collaborate closely with Centre Management teams to gather timely rent roll information.
- Manage the comprehensive rent roll process, including scheduling, changes, reporting, and leading stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct reconciliations on all accounts and oversee the collection of all monthly rentals.
- Ensure robust debt collection, reporting, and escalation procedures are in place and adhered to.
- Allocate monies and rent roll generated credits accurately before issuing monthly tax statements.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies prior to allocation.
- Assist auditors with queries and retrieve necessary documents for assets as requested.
