About the Mobile Service Ambassador Role

Join The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Mobile Service Ambassador in Northglenn, CO. In this role, you will perform tire and automotive services including fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, and more while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various tire and automotive services with efficiency.
• Drive safely between appointments on assigned routes.
• Conduct safety checks and pre-service equipment preparation.
• Deliver clear and friendly customer support explaining service processes.
• Handle manual tasks such as loading vehicles and cleaning work sites.
• Travel when required for training on new technology and techniques.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Six-month automotive experience required; three months of customer service is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
