Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member is a key part of the customer-facing team. This role effectively delivers store operations activities to support a sales-focused culture and drive profitable sales growth.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective store administration following standard procedures, including cash handling, multi-channel fulfillment, stock integrity, telephone management, and marketing/promotional activities.
- Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and expense control.
- Manage all sales channel fulfillment according to procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive store and channel experience, resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Enhance The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising and presentation.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge via online platforms and development opportunities.
