Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, personalized sales consultations.
- Demonstrate Good Feet product lines and educate on the 3-Step system.
- Conduct consultative fittings and assist with fit testing.
- Support team goals, participate in training, and maintain professionalism.
- Manage store operations including inventory, deliveries, and opening/closing tasks.
- Engage in virtual/in-person meetings and occasional travel to assist other stores.
Benefits & Compensation

The role offers an hourly base of $15.00 with commission potential, totaling approximately $31,200 annually for a 40-hour week.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous consultative or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
