Original Job Summary
Dispensary Sales Associate
Perform store opening and closing procedures including cleaning, tablet placement/removal, and prepping workstations.
Create an environment prioritizing customer service and providing excellent interactions.
Check in, verify, and/or create new customer profiles upon entry.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with customer information and interactions (on and off the clock).
Control the pace of customer traffic within the dispensary.
Educate and assist customers in creating orders by providing suggestions on products based on physician recommendations and specific needs.
Inform customers of current promotions or highlighted products.
Create customer orders and accept payment at POS using the provided operating system.
Keep up to date with company brands, products, policies, and procedures.
Occasionally assist in scheduled deliveries as discussed ahead of time.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
