The Chief Security Officer is responsible for leading and managing the organization's overall security strategy, ensuring the protection of people, assets, facilities, information, and operations. The CSO develops and implements security policies, risk management programs, and emergency response procedures while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organization's security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead all physical security, safety, risk management, and crisis response initiatives.
- Assess security risks and implement measures to prevent, detect, and respond to threats.
