What We Stand For and Where You’ll Come In

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at The Farmer’s Dog, you will lead data-driven initiatives to optimize and personalize the customer journey from discovery to conversion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Engineering, Data, and CX, you’ll leverage segmentation, experimentation, and journey mapping to drive sustainable customer growth.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Identify high-potential initiatives and iterative improvements.
  • Lead development, testing, and launch of customer experiences.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data for hypothesis building.
  • Collaborate with acquisition and brand teams for unified messaging.
  • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests with design teams.
