About The Coordinator, Key Account Management

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a world leader in luxury beauty products sold in approximately 150 countries. This role supports strategic account plans for key retail partners and distributors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Account Planning Support: Assist in developing account plans, analyzing sales, product, and consumer data; support annual plans, QBRs, and promotions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align strategies and share customer insights.
  • Account Communications: Prepare presentations, sales materials, and product information while managing partner relationships.
  • Administrative & Event Support: Manage scheduling, documents, budgets, and coordinate retail events and product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management, retail sales, or marketing (experience in beauty/consumer goods is preferred). Must have strong analytical skills, excellent organization, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM or sales management tools experience is a plus.
