About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estée Lauder Travel Retail for a Brand Integrated Business Planning Director. Based in London with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office), this role drives demand and integrated business planning for the Fragrance cluster across Travel Retail East and West.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in demand planning and IBP functions.
Demand Planning & Forecasting: Oversee accurate forecasting practices, monitor KPIs and align with affiliate Brand and Finance teams.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Manage cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, finance, and marketing; lead IBP meetings for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Act as liaison between regional teams, brands, and global supply chain; present integrated business cases.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Enhance planning processes with new tools and best practices.
Systems & Tools Management: Oversee demand planning and IBP tools ensuring data accuracy and system compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in demand planning, E2E Planning or supply chain management.
- Proven ability with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, o9).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
