The Role
The Technical Business Analyst is an expert on our data analytics platform. In this role, you will integrate new data sets, model data and present insights for reporting. You will serve as a bridge between business, data, and technology, working closely with developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Insight Analysts, Product Managers, Data Architects, and development teams.
- Support research, data and insights with data management and quality assurance.
- Prepare technical requirements by evaluating, modelling, and mapping source data.
- Provide data mappings from source systems to target data models.
- Innovate and drive adoption of new data assets and document them clearly.
- Document business processes and their underlying data elements.
- Support development and test teams with data integration and acceptance testing.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with a data platform and cloud analytics.
- A STEM background with demonstrable business analysis experience.
- Working knowledge of data architecture (data warehouses, data lakes, ETL) and technologies (SQL, Python, R).
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy practices, and GDPR compliance.
