Nejasmich Developments is seeking a highly organized and experienced Pre-Construction Manager / Senior Estimator to lead the preconstruction process for high-end custom residential homes. The Opportunity

You will have significant autonomy in leading projects from initial feasibility studies through to the final construction contract. How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the entire preconstruction phase for luxury residential projects with minimal supervision.
- Develop detailed estimates for custom homes at conceptual, schematic, and final stages.
- Create scopes of work, bid packages, and trade comparisons for clear procurement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as scope gaps, design conflicts, and budget issues.
- Contribute to constructability reviews, scheduling, logistics, and long-lead procurement.
- Conduct value engineering discussions while upholding project quality and client trust.
- Prepare professional proposals, budgets, and client presentations.
- Develop organized handoff packages for seamless project transition to production teams.
