The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Product QA Specialist to ensure our AI-powered platform performs flawlessly across complex commercial real estate workflows. You will bridge deep CRE expertise with rigorous quality assurance to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Job Overview
This full-time position is set on a night shift schedule (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST / 10pm to 7am Manila) with fixed weekends off and a permanent work from home arrangement. Key Responsibilities
- Validate real estate data accuracy across various CRE processes
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases
- Perform manual and automated tests including regression and UAT
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on testable acceptance criteria
- Document workflows, bug reports, and create QA documentation
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in commercial real estate operations
- 3+ years QA experience with B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with CRE terminology and financial calculations
- Proficiency in test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)
- Basic SQL knowledge and API testing experience
