Coordinator at The Construction Index Ltd
The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator to join their team in Billericay, Essex. This permanent, full-time, office-based role offers a salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum and is crucial for supporting project and facilities management functions within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Log calls and jobs on the helpdesk database utilizing specialized helpdesk software, handling inquiries received via telephone and email.
- Take ownership of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and Reactive Maintenance jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with service requirements.
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports as required by internal and external customers and clients across Project and Facilities Management (FM) functions.
- Liaise and follow up with Managers, engineers, and approved subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with the PPM planners and/or client requirements.
- Compile small work quotations for various projects and services.
