About The Role

The Fellow Strategy Leadership Program at The College Board is a two-year, full-time term position where early-career professionals with 2-4 years of experience develop their skills in problem-solving, analytics, and strategy. In this fully remote role with a hybrid option for those near CB offices, you will support senior leaders on high-impact projects and initiatives that drive equity-centered change in education.

Responsibilities

  • Support Strategy and cross-divisional leaders on defining problems and project scopes.
  • Conduct market research and test hypotheses.
  • Present findings to senior management and implement recommendations.
  • Manage and operate cross-divisional projects through all phases.
  • Participate in structured training and ongoing coaching.

What You Bring

You have a minimum of 2 years of post-college professional experience, outstanding academic performance, and strong written communication skills. You bring evidence of proactive problem-solving and experience building relationships, particularly within low-income communities.
