Overview
The College Board seeks a Director, Employer Partner Success to deepen employer engagement for AP Career Kickstart courses. This role is part of the Strategic Reach & Workforce Partnerships team, focusing on expanding access to career-connected learning and strengthening state and regional economies through innovative employer collaborations.
About the Opportunity
You will manage a portfolio of enterprise employers, co-create student and teacher materials, and drive strategic insights to improve course content and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen Retention & Visibility: Cultivate relationships, recognize partner contributions, and conduct regular satisfaction check-ins.
- Multi-Touch Partner Engagement: Facilitate expanded involvement through councils, events, and hackathons.
- Co-Create Materials: Develop classroom and student-facing resources with employer input.
- Insights & Internal Collaboration: Capture feedback, generate insights reports, and align internal strategies.
About You
You are an experienced communicator with 5-8 years in employer partnerships or corporate engagement, skilled in strategic relationship management, content co-creation, and cross-functional collaboration. You excel at translating complex employer needs into actionable improvements and can host both virtual and in-person events.
