Overview

At The Coca-Cola Company, you’ll be working in an inclusive environment that is refreshing the world. As a Production Operator, you will perform various production tasks that ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up equipment, conduct clean-ups, package, fill, and label products.
  • Utilize Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain a clean production area.
  • Visually inspect incoming materials and finished goods; report non-conformances.
  • Operate multiple machines such as fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment.
  • Perform quality checks, complete documentation and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens during production.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior production experience with an eye for detail.
  • Good math and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate control panels and automated casing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude for sequencing equipment start-up and shutdown.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Forklift operation skills (preferred).
  • Willingness to work a 12 ½ hour shift with unpaid lunch breaks and potential overtime.

This position requires full-time employment eligibility in the United States. The Coca-Cola Company will not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
