Job Description

Director Technical Operations ANZ & Pacific

This role is focused on driving technical support, innovation, and supply chain efficiency within Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and Papua New Guinea. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Ops, Commercialization and QSE, you will work directly with bottling partners and various internal functions to achieve business-driven goals.

Geographical Responsibility: ANZ, Pacific Islands and Papua New Guinea

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic projects across multiple markets.
  • Drive technical support and supply chain initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance metrics such as QSE scores and process efficiency.
  • Support commissioning and validation of new facilities and technologies.
  • Communicate with internal teams and bottling partners regularly.

Experience & Requirements: At least 7 years in TI&SC roles, strong knowledge of technical risk management, project execution, and commercial collaboration. Experience in manufacturing, QSE, engineering, or food/beverage industries is required.

This role is integral to implementing TI&SC strategies, ensuring supply resilience, and coordinating market-level initiatives.
