Your Role as Trust Legal Officer

• Assist senior lawyers in corporate subsidiary governance for worldwide clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents for company lifecycles.
• Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues globally.
• Ensure compliance with local, international, and industry-specific requirements along with legal updates.
• Maintain data and ensure proper reporting.

About You

The ideal candidate has a degree in Juris Doctor / Law (or is a last-year student) and either 1+ year experience in providing corporate services to international clients or 3+ years of experience in corporate law. Fluency in English, proactivity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are required.
