About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff.
- Follow up with Investors on missing documentation.
- Maintain all electronic and physical Investor records.
- Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases.
- Produce investor statements and correspondence.
- Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails.
- Assist with various projects as assigned.
Qualifications
About You:
- Post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services.
- Excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts preferred.
- Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment, is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong client service skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks.
- Work independently and understand when to escalate.
- Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
