About the Sales Administration Associate Analyst Role
This role contributes to the Sales Administration job family by providing a range of specialist administrative and professional services to support a sales organization. The role involves managing quote requests, proposals and ensuring internal administrative processes are maintained for optimum service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quote requests and proposals using the Quote tool
- Complete allocated QR tasks by end of day
- Communicate delays and challenges to the team
- Collaborate within the support and broader sales team
- Respond to underwriters, brokers, and client queries within TAT
- Support important sales projects and internal process improvements
- Manage Salesforce, reports, and internal calls
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Ensure high levels of customer service and resolution efficiency

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, business awareness, and the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
