Position Overview
The Staff Relations Specialist at The Cheesecake Factory is responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment through effective management of employee relations policies, procedures, and practices. Working closely with the Staff Relations Manager and restaurant operators, you will address concerns such as harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues while upholding company culture.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Relations & Investigations: Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints, document findings, and recommend actions using tools like EthicsPoint.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and company policies, identify risks, and maintain accurate records.
Culture & Employee Engagement: Promote company culture, support DEI initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to employees and management.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or Investigations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Expert problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of discretion, tact, and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality HR.
