Role Overview

The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing processes and workflows while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role requires autonomy, strong project management skills, and continuous process improvement to support seasonal initiatives and drive successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships between Partner Marketing and Social Media teams.
  • Develop and update documentation for marketing processes and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and optimize workstreams.
  • Manage and improve marketing processes for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with localization agencies and manage the localization process.
  • Report on campaign performance and Partner Marketing Campaign utilization.
  • Promote events via social media platforms and Atlassian website (Mag5).
  • Create and manage AV tickets in Salesforce for Development Funds and non-DF partners globally.
  • Support incentive management and Monthly Business Review creation.
  • Maintain updates on global channel portals and PMC content.
  • Collect lead data from DF claims and update AVs accordingly.
  • Assist with global programs such as Skill-Up, surveys, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure timely responses to requests as per SLA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, especially social and digital.
  • 2+ years experience in project management or client success roles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Background in B2B marketing or agency environments is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

Work Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time position based in the PST or MST time zones, with working hours Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Salary ranges from 32,500 to 40,000 USD per year.
