Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Hammersmith, London - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Contract: Full-time (5 days a week, Mon–Fri)

Salary: Competitive/ dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns for improved conversion, acquisition, and ROI.
  • Leverage SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush or Google Search Console.
  • Utilise AI tools to enhance creative testing and streamline campaign workflows.
  • Oversee marketing analytics including GA4 configuration and campaign tracking with Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure cookie consent compliance and adherence to data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data to extract insights and refine strategies.
  • Support budget planning and efficient media spend allocation.
  • Prepare performance reports and insightful presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven success in planning and optimising multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong background in SEO strategies and tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation platforms for marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
