Overview
The Program Administration Business Development Lead at Cadmus Group will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead program operations that empower utilities and government clients to achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead business development for program administration and program implementation opportunities.
- Develop and execute a growth-oriented business plan including go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, program design, and data analytics teams.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships to identify new opportunities.
- Provide executive oversight of program delivery ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, environmental science, business or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in launching energy efficiency or clean energy programs.
- Strong business development, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Suite applications.
