What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on operator to drive customer education and community programs. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of CX, offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the programs scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute customer education strategy including tutorials, webinars, guides, and a modern Learning Hub/Academy.
  • Create and host tutorials, enablement content, and webinars by using The Brief platform to educate customers.
  • Design and manage community programs such as groups, meetups, advocacy cohorts, and peer-to-peer engagement.
  • Partner with CX, Marketing, and Product teams to drive product adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Track and report on key success metrics like engagement, activation, time to value, and retention impact.
  • Establish repeatable processes for content, program calendars, and community operations.
  • Experiment with new formats including customer advisory boards and localized meetups.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Education or Scaled Community initiatives.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B marketing, or community-led growth.
  • Proven ability to build and scale customer-facing programs such as education content, advocacy programs, and user groups.
  • Experience in creating tutorials, hosting sessions, and hands-on usage of platforms.
  • Strong operational and program management skills with a focus on systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with community platforms and education tools like Gradual, Circle, Discourse, or Gainsight.
