Data & Integration Architecture Lead

This is a 7-week strategic, high impact engagement with a national organisation for an enterprise platform uplift. The role is remote-friendly and starts on 3 Nov.

The Mission

As the Data & Integration Architecture Lead, you will guide the architecture and planning for a complex data migration and integration program in support of a new enterprise platform rollout.

You will blend strategic foresight with hands-on delivery, working autonomously to:

  • Architect the data migration and integration strategy
  • Lead planning for decommissioning legacy systems and operational spreadsheets
  • Develop a future-state roadmap for analytics, governance, and compliance
  • Facilitate technical planning sessions across internal and external teams
  • Ensure clear mapping of sequencing, roles, dependencies, and risk management

Key Deliverables

  • Data Migration Plan: cleansing, profiling, staging, and transition strategy
  • Data Platform Plan: future-state framework for analytics and governance
  • Technical Transition Plan: phased migration blueprint with integration design

You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Data & Integration Architecture Lead in enterprise transitions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver in fast-paced environments
