Assistant Manager - The Body Shop Australia
The Body Shop Australia is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead their Melbourne Central store. You will be an inspirational leader with a passion for the brand and its values, driving retail excellence, strong sales, and engaging customer experiences.
Your Role In a Nutshell
As an Assistant Manager, you will share responsibility with the Store Manager in driving the store and team to achieve exceptional retail standards and strong sales results, fueled by your enthusiasm for the brand and its business practices.
Key Duties Of An Assistant Manager
- Customer Experience: Coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service, oversee store operations, and foster a customer-focused environment to build brand loyalty and awareness.
- Delivery: Utilize beauty retail expertise, internal systems, and performance analysis to manage the commercial aspects of the store. Monitor and manage change, control sales/performance targets, and maintain strong relationships between customers, the team, and management. Possess in-depth knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and The Body Shop products.
- Teamwork and People Management: Act as a team player, support the Store Manager, and efficiently resolve issues. Be a flexible and responsible role model capable of attracting, retaining, and developing staff who embody the brand.
