IT Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to join our Vincennes team. This full-time position is for our Vincennes, Indiana office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line technical support for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets with high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all technical support activities in ticketing systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT desktop support experience.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software in a Windows environment.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
  • Azure experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and professional client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Associate degree or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
