IT Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to join our Vincennes team. This full-time position is for our Vincennes, Indiana office.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line technical support for end-users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets with high customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical support activities in ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT desktop support experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software in a Windows environment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
- Azure experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and professional client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Associate degree or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
