Your Responsibilities as Sales Manager Business Travel

  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining new corporate clients.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new business clients (B2B) for our exclusive flight connections.
  • Prepare offers and lead contract negotiations through to the successful conclusion of framework agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to continuously develop our offering.
  • Represent THAS Air GmbH at trade fairs, conferences, roadshows, and customer events.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training and/or degree with a focus on sales, tourism, aviation, or comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B service sales, ideally in business travel, corporate travel, or aviation.
  • Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and in building and expanding business customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented, independent, and structured working style.
  • Fluent German and English language skills; French language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (for customer appointments, trade fairs, and networking events).
