We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of the company's overall E-Commerce strategy.
• Management and optimization of the online store's performance.
• Coordination and guidance of the E-Commerce team & collaboration with external partners.
• Design and implementation of promotional actions & digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, performance marketing).
• Analysis of data and KPIs through web analytics and strategic decision-making.
• Monitoring of competition and market trends.
• Participation and supervision of development projects (e.g., redesign, new features, integrations).
• Management of content and commercial image of the e-shop.
• Coordination of CRM actions via Viber/SMS marketing, newsletters, etc.
• Extraction of monthly reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar E-Commerce position (5+ years); experience in Retail/FMCG will be considered an additional asset.
• Demonstrated experience in e-shop management and digital strategy.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools (GA4, Google Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Very good knowledge of Retail Media tools for supplier collaboration.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft) and E-commerce/CMS platforms.
• Experience in team management and project management.
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
