We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on Social Content Creator and Strategist who is passionate about social media, embraces AI, and believes in the power of handcrafted content. This role is ideal for someone skilled in shooting and editing their own videos, crafting scroll-stopping content from scratch, and leveraging AI tools extensively for ideation, analysis, and scaling. A deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn is essential. You will support SEO and email as part of a broader organic growth strategy, while your primary focus remains on creating real, human, and authentic content powered by smart AI workflows.

What You'll Do

Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Edit and produce handmade video content; you're adept at capturing the right angles and creating magic with minimal production.
• Create authentic, personal, and human content that avoids templated or AI-generated aesthetics.
• Own and execute multi-platform social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (short & long-form), X, and LinkedIn.
• Ideate viral-capable content including trends, hooks, formats, and narratives, moving beyond routine announcements.
• Create content calendars driven by experimentation and performance, not just scheduled posting.
• Intelligently repurpose content across platforms, avoiding simple copy-pasting.
• Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

AI-Powered Workflows (You Love This Stuff)

• Use AI tools extensively and enthusiastically daily for ideation, drafting, research, content analysis, repurposing, and optimization.
• Be genuinely excited about new AI tools and workflows, often trying new products on launch day.
• Utilize AI to accelerate work, test more ideas, and scale output, always ensuring a human touch in the final execution.
• Edit and refine AI-generated text to align with brand voice, platform norms, and intent.
• Understand when AI accelerates work and when human craft is indispensable.

Video & Visual Production

• Edit video using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Apply strong visual and layout judgment to social posts, carousels, and other content assets.
• Work comfortably with design tools like Canva or Figma for static content.
• Ensure all visuals are clean, intentional, and on-brand.

Platform & Algorithm Knowledge

• Understand and apply platform algorithms to maximize reach, hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement signals.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and iterate quickly based on data.

SEO & Website Support

• Support on-page SEO and content optimization initiatives.
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush to identify growth opportunities.
• Publish and optimize content using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.

Email & Distribution

• Create and manage email newsletters and campaigns.
• Use tools like Mailchimp or ConvertKit for email distribution.
• Distribute high-performing content via email to extend reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in social-led growth or content roles.
• A natural content creator who actively makes things, shoots video, and is resourceful.
• Genuinely enthusiastic about AI, using it as a daily superpower rather than a mere checkbox.
• Proven understanding of multiple social platforms and their algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to ideate and create high-engagement or viral content.
• Strong video production skills, encompassing concepting, shooting, and editing.
• Experience with SEO, email, and organic distribution strategies.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and in founder-led environments.
• Self-directed, curious, creative, and performance-driven.
• A professional who effectively blends craft with technology – handmade quality with AI-powered speed.
