System Engineer - Air Traffic Control

As a System Engineer, you will work within an international and multidisciplinary team on the specification, verification, validation and qualification of solutions for customers. The Air Mobility Solutions (AMS) team contributes to the specification, testing and qualification of TopSky solutions, covering the full lifecycle from concept definition to system integration and qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand system objectives and translate customer needs into engineering requirements;
- Create infrastructure engineering definitions/drawings and liaise with Project Management and Design Authorities to ensure TopSky deployments meet timelines and standards;
- Provide operational and functional support to end-users and internal engineering teams, resolving technical inquiries;
- Write test cases to verify system requirements and track/validate PCR corrective actions with multidisciplinary teams;
- Perform validation tests during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) in coordination with customer representatives;
- Produce detailed test reports and brief the Management Team and external customers on results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications);
- Experience in system engineering, verification and validation of complex systems (preferably on the air traffic control domain);
- Experience in preparation and executing tests: documentation, testing, problem analysis, defect reports, etc.;
- Prior experience in Air Traffic Control domain is a plus;
- Very good written and oral proficiency in English;
- Availability to travel abroad for periods up to 1 month – each 2 or 3 months.
