Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security Analyst specializing in automotive security and automotive penetration testing to strengthen our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting security assessments, penetration testing of automotive systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29). This role involves identifying vulnerabilities, performing risk analysis, and supporting secure development in automotive embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Automotive Security Design Reviews, ECU and Vehicle Security Assessments.
- Conduct automotive penetration testing on ECUs, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and in-vehicle networks.
- Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis for automotive systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into SDLC and recommend security improvements.
- Work with hardware security tools, fuzz testing frameworks, and reverse engineering techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive cybersecurity with hands-on penetration testing expertise.
- Proficiency in CAN, LIN, UDS, Automotive Ethernet, and wireless security testing.
- Knowledge of hardware security, embedded systems, and cryptographic implementations.
- Familiarity with automotive security tools (CANoe, Scapy, Kali Linux, Wireshark, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or C is a plus.
