About the Role

The Senior Product Manager- File Activity Monitoring at Thales drives the development and execution of product strategies for one of the flagship data protection solutions. This role will own the complete product lifecycle from conception to market launch while expanding file security capabilities for current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define product vision, create roadmaps and lead strategy.
  • Market & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and engage with enterprise clients.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Develop technical content including webinars, blogs, and training materials.
  • Performance & Analytics: Establish and monitor product metrics, perform data-driven analysis.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in product management, cybersecurity background, technical acumen, and modern Agile experience. Must have excellent communication, strategic analysis capabilities, and a strong customer focus.
