Sales Manager - Finance and Government Sector

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Israeli Government and Finance sectors. This role requires deep experience in cybersecurity or data security solutions along with familiarity with the defense industry, key decision makers, procurement processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Government and Finance sectors in Israel.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in defense organizations and government agencies.
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, compliance, and technological advancements.
  • Work with partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, data security, or related IT solution sales.
  • Understanding of defense procurement processes, MOD regulations, and security clearance.
  • Strong networks with stakeholders in the Government and Finance sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Educational background in business, technology, or related field is an advantage.
