Thales is a global leader providing trusted digital interactions through advanced security technologies. The PreSales role supports sales and technical teams by developing and proposing tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solution Development: Gain expert understanding of products and services, design tailored technical solutions, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, and prepare detailed kit-lists and configurations.

Sales Support: Assist Account Managers, identify customer pain points, deliver technical presentations and demos, support commercial proposals, and contribute technical sections of proposals.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, coordinate with experts, and respond to RFPs/RFQs under the Bid Manager's supervision.

Market & Technology Watch: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer challenges, attend industry events, and provide feedback to internal teams.

Information Security Responsibilities

Comply with company policies and privacy procedures, recognize and report suspicious behavior, and apply best practices in handling sensitive data.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, customer-centric mindset, collaborative team spirit, and experience with bid management and technical writing are a plus.
