Electrical Lead Engineer at Thales
Join the Electrical Design team within the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering department. You will design and integrate electrical subsystems for radar or combat management systems used globally.
Your Role
Collaborate with multidisciplinary (lead) engineers to form the electrical backbone of high-tech products. Key responsibilities include designing electrical schematics in Eplan, integrating subsystem components from specification through testing and documentation, and managing planning and PLM archival.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical schematics using Eplan.
- Discuss requirements with Lead Engineers.
- Archive schematics and bills of materials in the PLM system.
- Maintain personal planning and support team deadlines.
Qualifications
Required educational background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (MBO-4, HBO, WO) with Eplan experience. Ability to interpret international safety standards, excellent communication in Dutch and English, and eligibility for a Dutch security clearance are essential.
