About The Role

The Digital Identity Engineer Junior will implement, configure, and support digital identity solutions across workforce, customer, and privileged access domains. Joining a multi-disciplinary team, you will work on IAM technologies including Ping Identity, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Delinea, and Microsoft. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and troubleshooting digital identity solutions
  • Delivering authentication, SSO, JML processes, and RBAC capabilities
  • Integrating platforms using connectors, APIs, and custom development
  • Collaborating with architects, PMs, and engineers to meet timelines
  • Contributing to internal accelerators and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team growth

About You

You should have 4–8 years of experience in identity engineering, software development, or system integration roles, with hands-on experience in IAM platforms. A strong understanding of authentication protocols, RBAC/ABAC, lifecycle management, REST APIs, and scripting is essential. Familiarity with DevOps practices and hybrid environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills and relevant certifications are a plus.
