Your Role

Thales is undertaking an IT system optimization initiative by implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to eliminate non-value-added data entry and consultation tasks. You will be integrated into the Information Systems Directorate. Collaborating with Business and IT teams, you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to optimize business process automation within the IT system applications.

Your Responsibilities

• **Requirements Gathering and Analysis:** Meet with business teams to identify processes for automation and formalize them using diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts).
• **Functional Design:** Draft functional and technical specifications that describe the expected behavior of the RPA bots.
• **Bot Development:** Create automations using UiPath Studio, leveraging UI activities, OCR, API calls, and database access.
• **Testing and Validation:** Design and execute unit and integration test scenarios, validating results with end-users.
• **Production Deployment:** Publish bots to UiPath Orchestrator, configure execution schedules, and set up monitoring alerts.
• **Support and Monitoring:** Monitor bot performance using logs and KPIs, manage incidents, and update operational documentation.
• **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze feedback, propose optimizations, and share best practices within the RPA Center of Excellence.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance).
• Proficiency in development languages such as C# and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of relational and/or object databases.
• Recognized for your rigor, motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Ideally, experience in IT system development or automation/RPA, with knowledge of UiPath, Git, and Gitlab.
