This is a 1-year internship located in Châtellerault (86).

Avionics Global Services (AGS) provides airlines with support and sales for all avionics equipment. You will participate in the integration of a new telephone call management module to improve customer experience and the efficiency of the Customer Service team. This module includes a storage space for work standards to assist the team in carrying out its missions.

Your Missions:

  • Identify existing work standards for customer relations teams.
  • Update these standards as needed.
  • Write new standards with the support of the teams and the process analyst.
  • Define the storage strategy for these standards (Sharepoint / CRM / Chorus, etc.).

Your Profile:

  • You are pursuing a BAC+5 or specialized Master's degree in Change Management, Methods, Quality, and/or Lean.
  • You are familiar with processing and analyzing technical information.
  • You can synthesize data to create coherent and effective standards.
  • You have a training mindset and can raise awareness among employees on important topics.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • You possess strong organization, rigor, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
