Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and coordinate deliveries.
  • Support technical and safety & compliance teams with confidential administrative tasks.
  • Organise meetings, conferences, corporate gifts, and mail management.
  • Maintain up-to-date organisation charts, telephone directories, and SharePoint information.
  • Assist with travel bookings, invoice processing, and P-Card reconciliation.
  • Distribute internal memos, prepare newsletters, and update staff documentation.

Our Team

The Explosive Ordnance Services team supports the Australian Defence Force with storage, distribution, maintenance, and disposal services across Australia. Many team members have advanced to leadership positions from this role.

Your Experience

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or Certificate III in Competitive Systems & Practices
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, dependable, flexible, and proactive
