In the Global Project Management Office, we drive the continuous development of our multi-project management and support project managers and resource managers in the optimal use of our tools, processes, and standards.

What you will move with us:

• Further development & support of MPM tools (Teammanager, Resource Center, Resource Reports, Portfolio Manager) including recording & prioritization of feature requests.
• Support internal stakeholders (project managers, resource managers, local PMOs) through consulting, support (1st/2nd Level), and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Information management & communication: Creation of newsletters & intranet articles.
• User feedback & insights: Planning, execution, and evaluation of surveys as well as derivation of strategic improvement measures including KPI/dashboard creation.
• Learning journeys & training: Conception and creation of learning journeys/nuggets as well as participation in project management training.
• Collaboration and coordination with technical experts to identify and implement improvements in multi-project management.

What convinces us:

• Completed degree (FH/Uni) in an economic or technical field.
• Experience in analysis & interpretation of customer or user data is desirable.
• IT affinity and confident handling of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and survey platforms.
• Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking personality.
• Experience in training & stakeholder management.
• Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication and social competence.

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualification and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum gross basic salary on a full-time basis is 47,547 Euros per year.
