Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing global IT infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support, define and provide infrastructure services.
• Support strategic planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Follow ITIL processes in the support and provision of services.
• Assist in leading and managing infrastructure-related projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on infrastructure performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving infrastructure services.

Preferred Experience On:

• Windows workstation, OS, GPO, SCCM, Intune
• LAN, WAN, Wireless
• Tools such as ServiceNOW, Intune, AzureAD, Powershell, AD, and Security controls
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure management

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
• Master’s or equivalent desired
• 6+ years’ experience in IT Infrastructure role required
• Cisco CCNA desired
