Quality Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Specialist to use data-driven insights, strong communication, and project management skills to solve complex quality challenges in aerospace manufacturing and MRO operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional teams on preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist in developing and revising quality management system policies and procedures.
  • Advise the Quality Culture and Compliance team on planning and execution of compliance activities.
  • Interface with internal/external organizations and systems to execute quality functions.
  • Communicate technical information effectively with operations leadership.
  • Conduct engineering analysis using descriptive statistics, probability distributions, and discrete distributions.
  • Review quality drawings and 3D models ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality operations or engineering in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CAMs, MES, Power BI, SAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret variable and attribute data for decision making.
