Position Summary
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for identifying leads, proactively prospecting, and selling new and profitable business in an assigned market. The role involves selling Texas Pride roll-offs containers to construction and permanent customers, delivering sales presentations, and following up with key decision makers.
Principal Responsibilities
- Identify viable leads and manage prospects for new business.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
- Perform contractual re-signs and respond to cancellation requests.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Engage in consistent cold calling and prospecting activities.
- Monitor market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets.
- Maintain thorough service and pricing knowledge, offering additional services as applicable.
- Complete required paperwork and reports on schedule.
- Regularly meet with the Sales Manager regarding customer relationships and goals.
- Participate in Company-sponsored events, trade shows, and community activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Waste or service industry experience (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Bilingual Preferred
