Texas Instruments is shaping the future with innovative solutions in electronics. As a participant in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), new graduates join the Information Technology Security organization as Cyber Security Engineers working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and harden operating systems, applications, and network devices.
- Administer and manage security tool policies and efficacy.
- Design and configure solutions aligned with zero-trust architecture.
- Contribute to architectural standards and security documentation.
- Write scripts and playbooks to automate repetitive tasks.
- Align solutions with regulatory frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
- Support scalable control designs and audit preparations.
- Evaluate and implement new security technologies with leadership.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for various projects.
- Support secure cloud infrastructure design and DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Preferred: Basic understanding of privileged-access concepts, endpoint protection, familiarity with Windows/Linux, introductory exposure to cloud platforms, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
