Role and Responsibilities
Work on TIs WiFi hardware team to define, develop, and debug verification environments for wireless MCU products targeting industrial markets. You will:
- Deep dive into low level and system-level modules.
- Ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with experienced software, architecture, algorithm and design teams.
- Utilize and promote AI-assisted development practices.
Training and Development
In your first year, participate in TIs Career Accelerator Program (CAP) featuring function-specific technical training, hands-on projects, on-the-job learning and dedicated mentorship.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or equivalent, hands-on technical experience in HW or SW, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication ability.
Advantages: Experience in ASIC/RTL verification, exposure to coverage-driven verification, knowledge of WiFi/BLE protocols, familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT), and demonstrated independent learning.
